If you knowingly input false information in a referral request, you agree to fully indemnify and be liable to DJ's Are Us and each effected member DJ for the greater of: (1) a minimum amount of $5,000 to each of DJ's Are Us and each of the effected DJ members and for each of the actual person(s) affected by any of the improper, incorrect or fraudulent information you enter (for example the actual owner of the e-mail address or phone numer, etc.) per improper submission, plus any attorney fees costs and expense relating thereto, if applicable, or (2) the actual damages, direct, punitive and consequential, and any regulatory or judicial fines or penalties that may arise from such intentional, misleading, harmful and fraudulent activity, plus reasonable legal fees, cost and expenses relating thereto, whichever is greater.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties and may, if need be, reduced to a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
